1. ELIGIBILITY

A Buyer is any user who purchases services on the CIIX platform. Buyers may browse, request custom offers, and hire Sellers by placing an Order. Payment must be made exclusively through the Platform. Buyers agree to provide accurate information, comply with all laws, and avoid fraudulent or abusive behavior. Refunds or disputes will be handled through CIIX’s dispute resolution process.

3. SELLERS (SERVICE PROVIDERS)

Sellers offer and deliver services on the CIIX platform. They must provide accurate listings, deliver quality work, and comply with laws and platform rules. Payment is released after successful completion of orders through the CIIX platform. Sellers must not engage in misleading or unlawful practices.

4. ORDERS

An Order is a formal agreement between a Buyer and a Seller on the platform. Buyers must provide clear requirements, and Sellers must fulfill orders as described. Orders and communications must occur within the Platform.

4.1 Order Documentation

Sellers may be required to provide photos or proof of service performance (“Order Documentation”) uploaded directly to CIIX for accountability.

4.2 Privacy & Consent

Where documentation includes identifiable individuals, Sellers must obtain Buyer consent. CIIX stores this documentation per its Privacy Policy.

5. ROLE OF CIIX

CIIX is a neutral marketplace that facilitates connections between Buyers and Sellers. We do not employ service providers or guarantee service quality. All service agreements are between users directly.

6. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • Users must create an account to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality.
  • You agree to provide accurate and updated information.
  • Impersonation is prohibited.
  • We may suspend accounts for rule violations.

7. PAYMENT AND FEES

  • Payments are processed through third-party gateways.
  • Platform may charge service or commission fees.
  • Users agree to pay all applicable charges promptly.
  • We are not responsible for failed transactions.

8. USER CONDUCT AND PROTECTION

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content;
  • Harass or abuse others;
  • Collect personal data without consent;
  • Disrupt or exploit the Platform;
  • Discriminate based on gender, race, religion, etc.

Violations may result in account suspension or removal.

Driver Services

By engaging a driver via CIIX, you confirm your vehicle is insured, roadworthy, and legally compliant. CIIX only connects users and drivers; we are not liable for vehicle condition or driver actions.

10. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Buyers or Sellers may cancel under specific conditions stated in the order. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect user ratings or lead to restrictions.

11. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Users can report misconduct or violations via the in-app report tool or contact support. Verified reports may lead to account warnings, restrictions, or removal.

12. DISPUTES AND REFUNDS

CIIX may mediate disputes but is not legally obligated to resolve all conflicts. Refunds will follow our internal resolution procedures based on documented evidence and communication logs.

13. PROPRIETARY RESTRICTIONS

All materials on the Platform, including trademarks, software, and logos, are owned by CIIX. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit them without prior written consent.

14. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both Buyers and Sellers must treat any shared information as confidential and not disclose it to third parties except as required by law.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided “as is”. We make no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or suitability for any purpose. Use is at your own risk.

16. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIIX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

17. DEACTIVATION AND DISABLEMENT

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, fraud, or inactivity. You may close your account anytime by contacting support.

18. SECURITY FEATURES

We employ standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection. Users must safeguard their passwords and devices.

19. DISPUTES WITH CIIX

Any dispute with CIIX shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be governed by Nigerian law and subject to jurisdiction in Abuja, Nigeria.

20. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CIIX. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in full effect. We may update these Terms at any time with notice on our site.
